Anyone with a UW NetID can use 25Live to see the availability of any of the spaces scheduled by Classroom Services, as well as Seattle Campus spaces controlled by the Registrar's office, Tacoma locations, and Bothell locations.

Simply log in with your NetID and then use the Locations search for the specific rooms you're interested in.
You can also make use of several Pre-Defined Searches. For browsing Classroom Services spaces in the Health Sciences, South Campus Center, and Foege buildings, you should try the UWS - HSB - General Assignment and UWS- HSB - Special Event Spaces public searches to look through General Assignment and Event spaces respectively.
25Live contains schedules up to a year in advance although general assignment space will be blacked out until after the courses for a given quarter have been scheduled. Neither Special Event nor General Assignment spaces can be booked more than a year in advance.
