It will walk you through the process of requesting rooms, equipment, sign-standard, and/or support staff all in one place. It can also be used to add equipment or support to an existing request. The wizard is intended for use by both University staff and external customers.


Once a request has been made, we will process it as soon as we can.  You can check the status of your existing requests through our Service Desk.


The actual reservations will be made by our team in 25Live, the software the University uses to schedule classes and spaces, and confirmations including space designations will be sent from that system. The details in those confirmations are contained within attached PDFs, so please make sure to look the attachments when they arrive.
