Once a request has been made, we will process it as soon as we can. You can check the status of your existing requests through our Service Desk at https://uwhscrs.freshdesk.com/support/tickets
You will need to create an account associated with your e-mail address in order to view all your tickets.
E-mail addresses are used as a unique identifier for requests. If requests were made through a shared NetID they will not be visible to you under your personal NetID.
