UW Academic Activities not already covered as Course Breakouts are defined as UW activities supporting academic and/or instructional outcomes with faculty, staff and/or students in attendance exclusively.
Examples include:
- Course development activities
- School, department, or program meetings
- RSO/student government group meetings and internal events (if over 2 hours)
- Internal training, development or fairs
- School orientations
- Admissions-related activities for applicants of the University
- Active recruitment activities (defined as events designed for potential applicants who would be eligible to apply to the University within one year’s time)
