We do require anyone looking to use the stairs near Hogness Auditroium and the HS Lobby for photo sessions to reserve and pay for the respective spaces. If they would like to use the larger L-shaped staircase between the Health Science Lobby (C300) and the 4th floor landing then they would need to reserve the HS Lobby. If they would like to use the stairs leading into the Auditorium between the 4th floor landing and Hogness Auditorium (A420) then they would need to reserve Hogness Auditorium.
This is to prevent the space from becoming double booked with a course or event in the space while a photography session attempts to take place, and both events tend disrupt the other.
