Zoom accounts and meeting scheduling should be handled by the individual customers on their own accounts. You can find out more about UW Zoom Accounts, including Basic Free Accounts, on UW-IT's Zoom website. Our AV-Bridge equipped rooms are designed to provide inputs for use with software and services like Zoom, but Zoom itself is supported by UW-IT.
The exception is for customers utilizing our T235 Video Conference room with a Classroom Services Technician. We can provide a Zoom Meeting ID for such meetings if the customer does not have or wish to use their own.
