Each quarter we will open up general assignment rooms for breakout sessions and event scheduling after we have completed course placement.
Once rooms open for event scheduling, you can make requests using our room request form.

If you would like to receive updates from Instructional Support about room and equipment reservation timelines, the status of our spaces, and other operational information, please consider joining the Event Schedulers' mailing list. This list will be used to provide all mass communications from Instructional Support going forward.
