Internal event used for creating pricing estimates if customers want to know how much it will cost them before submitting a reservation request.
Keep the event dates 3+ years in advance so that it does not block spaces during our active scheduling periods. Do not change the event categories so that it does not show up in searches or reports.
If there would typically be related events due to multiple meeting times on the same date, just put them on different dates as the amount of time the room is reserved is all that matters to create an accurate estimate, rather than having it reserved on the specific dates.
