CRS classrooms and lecture halls are not typically locked. However, the following spaces are kept locked, and users will need to request and pick up a room key when they make a reservation:

• HST T480
• T-wing Teaching Labs (HST T365, HST T479, HST T568-74, HST T578, HST T579)
• HSEB 225 Clinical Skills Lab

UW affiliates may check out keys from HS Building Management. Keys must be requested in advance through the form below. Checked out keys can be picked up in the HS Building Management office. Any questions about key checkouts can be directed to hsbuild@uw.edu.
